Dr. W. Edwards Deming Point 13: Encourage Education and Self Improvement.

It is important for Society, Enterprises (be they private or public sector) and most importantly it is vital for the continued growth and value of each individual. TRAINING

Dr. W. Edwards Deming Point 6: Institute Training.

People are an organizations most valuable resource; they want to do a good job but they often do not know how. ASQ offers many different certifications attesting to the skill level of those who have attained a high level.  Issuance of each certification is determined by the individual’s ability to successfully pass a lengthy exam.  ASQ offers training courses designed to aid the student prepare for and pass these various exams. ASQLA is now offering certification preparation training; reference the letter posted by Milt Krivokuca on this ASQLA home page.
