During a recent leadership team meeting, a decision
was made to offer certification training for the
CMQ/OE, CQA, and CQE sponsored by Section 700
at a location to be determined in Torrance. This
location will provide easy access to section members
one night a week, just prior to the ASQ exam date.
The CQA will be the first course offered this fall. A
team teaching approach will be utilized with Lane
Parrott and Milt Krivokuca, both of whom have
extensive previous experience instructing the CQA
refresher.
As this program gains popularity, additional
instructors will be recruited so that customized
certification classes can be offered to meet the
specific needs of local organizations.
