Duties: · Return products management, to schedule and troubleshoot in a timely manner, failure analysis, and customer service report delivery. · Support CA/PA, assembly line, and continual improvement efforts as a result of customer returns. · Sustain shop floor quality, incoming issues, product testing, final outgoing control, first article, quality metrics, and ISO9001 toward world-class customer satisfaction. 3.
